Senior Product Manager

🚀 Role: Head of Product
This is a founder-like role focused on shaping AI products that will define how semiconductor factories operate over the next decade. We’re looking for someone who thinks, acts, and leads like an owner, someone who doesn’t wait for direction but creates it, shaping what we build, why we build it, and how it reaches the world. You will own product direction end-to-end: from identifying opportunities in fabs to defining the roadmap and driving global deployments. You’ll have direct access to founders and customers, with the autonomy to define how our products come to life. What You’ll Be Doing
1. Customer Discovery & Problem Definition: Lead discovery with fab engineers and leadership to understand workflows, pain points, and root causes. Identify high-impact opportunities aligned with customer KPIs.
2. Define POV Strategy: Scope POVs strategically to demonstrate measurable ROI within defined timelines. Prioritise use cases that balance quick wins with long-term strategic value.
3. POV Planning & Execution: Define input data sources, datasets, and success metrics. Coordinate with data science, product, and engineering teams to execute POVs with clear milestones.
4. Prove Customer Value: Present outcomes, demonstrate technical differentiation, and quantify ROI. Build demos, prototypes, and pilot workflows to validate ideas before full-scale development.
5. Shape Product Roadmap: Translate real-world fab insights into product direction. Continuously refine strategy based on deployments, feedback, and measurable impact.
6. Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with AI, product, and engineering teams to convert validated ideas into scalable products.
7. Drive Product Storytelling: Develop case studies, demos, presentations, and other materials to clearly communicate customer pain points, value, and differentiation.
Who You Are
1. Semiconductor Product Leadership: Experience building or owning software products used in fabs or OSATs, with a track record of identifying high-ROI opportunities.
2. ROI-Driven Mindset: Ability to define MVPs and quantify value. Strong understanding of fab KPIs such as yield, exposure, tool uptime, containment cost, and quality risk.
3. Understanding of Fab Workflows: Familiarity with inspection, metrology, yield, defect classification, SPC, and process control systems.
4. Industry Network: Connections with fab engineers, yield teams, and semiconductor stakeholders to validate ideas and gather feedback.
5. Product & Customer Storytelling: Interest in developing demos, prototypes, case studies, and presentations to communicate value.
6. Strong Communication: Ability to engage senior customers, align cross-functional teams, and drive decisions.
7. Willingness to Travel: Comfortable visiting fabs globally to gather firsthand insights and drive customer success.
